YUTHOK’s HEART TEACHINGS
Training in Medicine Buddha’s Anuttarayogatantra
with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang
Recorded version of 100 DAY COMPREHENSIVE course IS now available!
This one hundred day immersion into the Yuthok Nyingthig practices is a rare opportunity to receive a complete overview of this unique lineage, with teachings, transmissions, and step-by-step guidance through each of the practices by lineage-holder Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. This format is modeled after the “one hundred days” retreat tradition of ngakpa/ma (householder Tantric yogi/nis) of Tibet, in which non-monastic householder practitioners with worldly work and responsibilities make a commitment to 100 consecutive days of spiritual practice in order to progress on the path.
In this course, Dr. Nida will give two online teachings a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), starting with the preliminary practices and progressing through all the practices of the Yuthok Nyingthig. A specific day-by-day practice guide will be provided based on these teachings that students can integrate with their daily routine according to their own schedules. On Saturdays we will meet as a group to discuss the teachings and support the cultivation of our international Yuthok sangha, and on Sundays we will do guided meditations as a group in order to gain more confidence in each practice. The recordings of the teachings and practice sessions will be made available after each class for your review or if your schedule does not permit you to attend live.
COURSE INCLUDES:
- Teachings & Transmissions with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang (80 + Hours)

- Guided practice sessions for each practice taught by Dönla Tsering or Christiana Polites
